WWII Japanese Government Education Book with 1948 Letter Connecticut Legislature. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
This is a letter presented on March 29, 1948 to the State of Connecticut members of the House Committee on Public Information. It talks about how fitting the the US Federal Government choose to model Japan’s new Democratic Government after Connecticut. The letter is written and signed by then Chairman Charles Mckew Parr.
A copy of the book given to Japanese officials written in Japanese was presented with the letter.
As seen in the pictures, both the letter and book are in poor condition with tears, water stains, fading, etc.
