As far as I know it is all complete and works fine. This was purchased ten years ago at the Brimfield, MA antique show and  now I have decided that this is the time to sell the valuable
antique historical Japan alert object. I did pay a major amount ten years ago. The authentic nameplate and serial number is mounted on the object. If you have a question please contact me.
The siren fold up or unfolds for use collapsible for war time carrying of support war time material.  Just see the pictures.
Insurance is listed as .95 and this is to fully insure the value if lost damage or stolen in shipment.
