    Description

    A wooden box that housed an electronic device. I can't read
    electrical drawings and I would appreciate any assistance as
    to what it housed. The box is 10" 3/8 long, 8"
    in height and
    4" 1/2 wide. The box is in good shape except for the hinges
    which are loose because the original wood screws are missing.
    I can't find a replacement screw. There was a small label on
    the top of the box ( picture No.12). The leather carrying straps
    are also missing. The bottom of the box must have fitted onto
    something. I hope somebody will be able to identify this item.
