Japanese Army Anti-Air Telescope 4-20x Air Squadron Airfield Equipment Anti-Air Surveillance
It is a telescope for anti-aircraft surveillance equipped by the Japanese army at the time of World War II. In the Air Squadron, three units (later increased to six) were deployed as airfield equipment and were used in anti-aircraft surveillance sentries. The magnification is 4-20 times.
It is a monocular eyeglass body, a light-shielding lens, and a bracket.
The body of the glasses is in very good condition and there is no mold or cloudiness on the lenses. The magnification can also be adjusted to 4-20 times. The shading tube at the tip also expands and contracts without problems. The leather lens barrel that covers the eyeglasses is not torn.
There are no cracks in the light-shielding lens.
The bracket is in good condition with almost no paint peeling.
