The first-ever 13-year system, the finest product made by Kaikousha.
Major from the beginning with no adjustment of the star badge. The star badge is often used by officers and has a square edge and is brass chrome plated.
The rope stitch is Gindaikin Mall and the embroidery is dense and good. The scarlet velvet is a plain woven doskin system with a finely woven and smooth raised fabric.
The lining is a dark green carded yarn woven thin gabardine type "executive rain cover thin carpet" peculiar to the products of the Early Kyosha.
The outer circumference is made of scarlet silk thread and is extremely precise.
The state is a boxed unused item. There is a slight degree of silver burn that is characteristic of the Gindai Mall,
