You are bidding on a SUPERB example of a WW2 Imperial Japanese Navy 15x80 / 20x120 Battleship Binocular Light Fixture Mount!
This "Big Eye" style was specifically used on late-war battleships, destroyers, cruisers and other surface vessels!
These were brought back by a US veteran who served in the Pacific.
Made of a solid brass, this mount was used for night vision.  It allowed the user to affix a light source, thus light the optics and reticle.  Retains 95% original paint, with NO damage or corrosion!  Used on multiple models, I have shown the location in the last photo.
Would make a SUPERB addition to any collection or display!
