World War II Japanese Military Issued Wallet (?) with 5 Pieces Chinese Currency

Description

This auction is for what the seller believes to be either a wallet or pouch for military papers. This item when found had the 5 pieces of Chinese currency inside the pouch.  The front of the pouch has the faint symbol of a star with 4 faint characters lined up vertically beneath it.  On the lower left of the front of the pouch is a piece of fabric with 4 Japanese symbols which could be an individual's name or unit. These items were found at an estate sale with other items that were brought back after the war.  The pouch measures 3 1/2 inches in width and 5 inches in height.  Study the pictures carefully as to the condition of these pieces.
