Front side of medal depicts a  portrait of a Russian and Soviet Rocket scientist and pioneer of the astronaut theory Konstantin Tsiolkovsky. On reverse side depicted dates of his life 1857-1935Manufacturer: Moscow Mint. Excellent condition, comes with the box.
