V. Operation and use
The unit plugs in the power cord, and a red light indicates that the power is turned on and the knob switch is turned to the auto position. Press the small button switch, it will automatically complete a slow turn, one stop, one fast turn program. If the rotary switch is placed in the manual position, the manual three-position switch will complete the above actions respectively, and the handle 18 will be moved left and right to make the slide 15 drive. The stirring pot 13 moves up and down along the dovetail rail of the column 16, moves upward for stirring, moves downward to remove the stirring pot, and the stirring pot and the sliding plate are rotated and locked by the eccentric groove.
Sixth, adjustment and maintenance
1. Adjustment:
The working gap between the mixing blade and the stirring pot has been adjusted to 2±Imm before the machine leaves the factory. The time relay has also been adjusted to the working procedure requirements. The method that needs to be adjusted after commissioning or maintenance is as follows:
1) The working gap between the stirring blade and the stirring pot is measured by using the gap measuring needle. If it exceeds 2±1mm, the adjusting nut 12 can be loosened. The blade 14 has adjusted the gap between the blade and the curved surface of the pot. Adjust the nut 12, or loosen the motor and the column 16, the flange of the reduction box and the motor 1 to adjust the gap between the blade and the straight part of the pot. After passing the screw, tighten the screw.
2) If the specified time error is exceeded, the screw cap of the super time relay can be adjusted until it is accurate.
2, maintenance
1) The work site should be kept clean. After each use, the residual pulp and the residual pulp inside and outside the mixing pot should be thoroughly removed, and the mortar and the scum which are scattered and splashed on the machine should be removed and then put on the hood to prevent dust from falling into the dust.
2) There is no external oiling hole in the machine. The molybdenum disulfide grease is added once per season to the running parts such as the worm gear, gear and bearing in the gearbox. When refueling, the bearing caps 4 and 7 can be opened separately. The slide rail 15 and the column 16 rail should be respectively Lubricate the oil regularly. The machine should be cleaned once a year and filled with lubricant.
3) If there is metal impact noise during the operation of the machine, check whether the gap between the mixing blade and the mixing pot is correct.
4) When replacing a new stirrer or blade and a time relay, adjust the gap and the mixing time as before.
5) When using the mixing pot, take it lightly and do not accidentally bump it to prevent the pot from deforming.
6) The cold insulation resistance ≥ 5 ohms at 50 ° ~ 70 % relative humidity at 20 °C ± 5 °C is often checked for insulation.
7) This machine is a three-phase four-wire, the motor is 380v, the indicator light is 220v, and the grounding wire must be connected when installing.
