    Description

    The Kazakhstan 2,000 Tenge Banknote Is part of the National Bank of Kazakhstan’s 2012 issues. It has a color combination of green and blue. Its obverse is in a vertical orientation and the features the national emblem, a saiga antelope in SPARK, the Khan Shatyr (Royal Marquee) Entertainment Center, flying doves and the Kazakh Eli monument. It also depicts the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation and the national flag. The reverse of the banknote features the outline of Kazakhstan, a stylized siaga antelope, and the Irtysh River. The note bears a 13-mm wide holographic stripe with a yurt, a flag, antelopes, and 2,000. It also has a 4-mm wide StarChrome purple-to-green windowed security thread with demetallized text and a watermark that shows a mythic samruk bird with an electrotype 2000. The note is 139 x 73 mm and bears the signature of Grigoriy Marchenco. This banknote is in uncirculated condition.
