    NP231 is chain driven with an aluminum case & this kit fits the 1994 & later version with the 24mm/.945" wide input bearing.
    The NP231J t-case uses 2 different size chains. It could have either the 1" or the 1.25" wide chain ( THIS KIT IS THE 1" CHAIN), so verify which one you need before ordering.
