JAPANESE LONG RANGE HOWITZER M96 240mmRARE ARTILLERY WEAPON FIRST USED TO REDUCE THE U.S. ISLAND FORTRESS CORREGIDOR . THIS HEAVY WEAPON WAS MORE MOBILE THAN MOST OF THE JAPANESE HEAVY GUNS. IT BROKE DOWN INTO 4 LOADS WHICH WERE MOVED BY TRACTOR. THE BASE WAS ASSEMBLED FOR EMPLACEMENT AND THE GUN MOUNTED.
THIS HUGE WRENCH WAS USED TO BUILD THE MOUNT.
