THIS IS A COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE SINKING OF A CARGO SHIP "TJINEGARA", ON JULY 22, 1942 IN THE SOUTH PACIFIC.  IT CONSISTS OF AN ENVELOPE FROM THE WAR DEPARTMENT, A LETTER OF COMMENDATION FROM THE CHIEF OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE WAR DEPARTMENT, AND A CREW LIST FROM THE SUNK SHIP, ALONG WITH A "NEXT OF KIN" LIST.  GREAT BIT OF HISTORY FROM THE EARLY DAYS OF WW2 IN THE PACIFIC!
