This is a work published by the Meiji Jingu Shrine Advocacy Society, which shows 40 pictures and explanations of the history of the Meiji era, published in 1936, entitled "Shotoku Memorial Seikankan Wall Collection."
Here is an interpretation of the history of the Japanese government at the stage of 1911. The image in Figure 2 is Edo Castle Bloodless Kaijonojo, which is familiar on this site.
In addition, it is a complete version of the 40 pieces of 圖 described in the explanation.
Size Overall length approx. 46 cm, width approx. 38 cm, thickness approx. 5.5 cm. (Size of wooden box)
Handicraft printing, original wooden box (surface paper covered), manual.
Original paper box (ant, such as stains on the times).
The state is as shown in the image, but the old paper is a beautiful antique condition although some of the paper stuck on this paper may have fine dirt etc.
