    Description

    The Bangladesh 10 Taka Banknote was issued by the Bangladesh Bank in 1996. Featured on the obverse of the maroon banknote is the Atiya Jami Mosque in Tangail. The reverse of the paper bill depicts the spillway of the Kaptai dam, the bank logo, and high-tension power lines. The note bears a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals a roaring Royal Bengal tiger. It is 140 x 70 mm in size and was printed by the Security Printing Corporation. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
