1982 Israel Commemorative One (1) Sheqel SILVER Qumran coin sealed with COA!!

This auction is for a nice SILVER coin from Israel.  It is the 1982 Qumran Commemorative coin.  This coin is very limited in mintage at only 9,000 produced.  It has a Silver content of 0.850 percent.  It Is a Proof coin that is 30mm in diameter and weighs14.4 grams.
It comes in its burgundy hard shell case and still sealed in the plastic coin holder.  It comes with the original COA.  This coin was minted and the Mint of Berlin and issued by the Bank of Israel.  It would make a great addition to anyone's collection.
